Ewan Campbell

Ewan studied for his degree in Biochemistry in London. He has a fellowship of the Institute of Biomedical Sciences in Blood transfusion and started his working life in the Blood Transfusion Service in the UK. He was a PhD student in the Haematology department at the Royal Free Hospital and in 1988 won the Margaret Kenwright award of the British Blood Transfusion Society for research. He has worked in the industry for 19 years and is a Qualified Person for investigational medicinal products.
Ewan has worked for many leading Pharmaceutical companies including Merck Serono, Genzyme and Abbott. He has also been involved with 2 start up biotechs, Biocompatibles International and Intercytex, both of which floated on the LSE and is also Co-founder of both The Clinical Trial Company and The Pharmaceutical Code Company.
